FRIDAY TEXAS CITY DIKE FISHING REPORT: Fisherpeople were out today despite the wind from last night's cool front. The sun was offsetting the cooler temperatures and overall, it was a great day to be outside. I saw several Black Drum caught during my short drive to the end of the Texas City Dike. But one young lady in particular was stealing the show. She caught at least three, and two of them were back-to-back catches. She did an excellent job of catching and releasing them.
