A suspected burglar is facing a slew of charges after an alert neighbor spotted the burglar breaking into a home earlier this afternoon. We continue to take proactive measures to crack down on crime in our community. With the help of our local and state partners, a probation and parole compliance check operation took place this week. The operation, led by our officers, is a direct response to the recent violence that’s impacted our community and focused on Watsonville probationers and parolees with known ties to gangs and guns.
