Some very sad news today. The death has been announced of former BBC broadcaster Darryl Grimason, who had been ill for some time. He was a lifelong fisherman and enthusiast for the outdoors. Among his most popular programmes were, the BBC series "Waterworld", where he regularly went scuba-diving, talking about the wonders he discovered under the surface of the sea. There have been many tributes paid to Darryl, from wildlife and environmental organisations and from his colleagues in the media. |
