Titanic Wreck Debris Field More than 2 miles beneath the Atlantic, the wreck of RMS Titanic lies in two major sections — the bow and stern — separated by roughly 600 meters. Between them is a vast debris field scattered with thousands of items: pieces of the ship’s structure, boilers, porcelain, luggage, and personal belongings that once belonged to the passengers and crew. This debris field tells the story of the ship’s final moments — how the vessel broke apart, how the stern twisted and colla
